Lost Norditropin preferred status with CVS (but spinning it as a good thing), GHTMs who can't handle the larger territories, can't give NovoEight away, Rebinyn way below forecast, Hemophilia management team with no bleeding disorder experience, Hemlibra making a blockbuster announcement on October 4, and, wait for it.......

Hello, Q2 bonus checks, good-bye top performers. 8 field resignations so far this week!

Can someone please explain how the CVS loss is a good thing? Isn't that payer only the largest book of business that Norditropin has right now?

No surprise at all. When you intentionally remind people that they are only assets, make no effort to engage with the field team and give no direction whatsoever, you reap what you sow. The silence from Plainsboro has been deafening! Step up, Leadership.
