Restructured by tumor type? Each salesforce/franchise has a different tumor type and we currently mirror each other with the exception of Tarceva and Xeloda reps. It must affect only those two forces.
If you think this only affects Xeloda and Tarceva you are sorely mistaken.
It's called empire building. How else can snr management justify all that middle management.

Yes it's so difficult to sell Herceptin lol, Avastin, etc. What a joke! The only products we actual sell at this company are Nutropin, Pegasys, and Xolair.

So happy to be working on the Avastin Team for douchebag VP Tom C. He is the absolute best douchebag I have ever worked for with his insecurities and little man syndrome.
And, Tom C. of Avastin is one of the most untrustworthy pricks at Genentech - sadly full of himself and not smart enough to know his limits.
VP Tom C. is a sad example of an underhanded person who has risen to a level that is now doing a lot of damage to Genentech...
