DePuy, because they are going to have a "Total Blowout Liquidation" sale on MoM inventory really soon. Grab'em while ya can!

Although both are status quo, Biomet is the better of the 2 companies.

Depends on the territory. I have been with Biomet for twelve years and have been very successful selling against Depuy. In the future, I am concerned that larger companies like Stryker and Depuy will be able to make multi-specialty pricing contracts with hospitals. Since Biomet is only an orthopedic company, this may leave us at a disadvantage unless Biomet is bought by a larger med device company.

Biomet for rural and Depuy for cities. Depuy can bundle everything ....ethicon, biosense, synthes, cordis. They have everything expect heart valves. Biomet has great products and I still believe smaller hospitals will allow multi vendors for years to come.
