I mean, aside from the archaic business practices, the unmotivated corporate check collectors in IN, NJ, FL, etc. How the hell does this place still exist? It should be imploding with all the worthless leadership that is rampant throughout its organization. Are they still paying of Docs to get business? This has got to be the only way Biomet's staying afloat.

True, or we could be leaning on our 25 year clinical history with the Taperloc (as the Accolade gets recalled), same with Oxford, and leading with Signature. I will admit however, we need a new modular revision hip NOW, and a modular revision femoral knee component NOW! If I had those, I would have no excuses. It also does kill us that we have zero effect on any teaching institutions.
