Biocodex??

I'm interviewing with Biocodex next week- I'd be selling the drug Florastor. Just looking for some general information about working with this company. For example: THE INTERVIEW PROCESS (how many steps, etc.), pros, cons, salary, training, and so on. Any info would be extremely helpful. Thanks in advance.

Salary is $43,000 plus bonus if you meet quota, benefits, company car, and there is no 401k match. Only one product, management is so-so, French company, interview is fair (probalby 2 interviews).

Not sure I understand why you are asking. The icon you posted looks like you are frustrated. Do you work for them or what? I have interviewed recently and no red flags. Something I should know?

I work for them on the east coast, it is a work in progress. Hopefully we can add to our bag of tricks before we get on the radar of the big boys. NSD was a former rep from bayer w/ no exp and all the manager are just treading water unitl a real opp comes along.

Since you currently work for them, tell me what their policy is on having a 4 year degree. I had 2 phone interviews and was told that a degree was not required. I then met with a newly hired DM (having come from big pharma) and was sure I had the job. I have experience and he never questioned my education. Then I received an email stating that they had a strict policy on the degree and had offered the position to another candidate.

I recently interviewed with them and left with a generally positive impression. Small company still trying to find their footing, but nothing that raised any real red flags. Can you (or someone else who works/worked there) please elaborate on the issues you talk of? If nothing else I would think it would be a good stepping stone job?

I have 3 years of pharma experience but relocated to another city to start a new life. Do you think this job is an entry-level position?

Yeah, Florastor is done, overpriced and out of touch!

There's a new kid in town!

You wouldn't fill your gas tank with whiskey, why would you fill your intestines with yeast?!
