whats the salary for these jobs and do you need device sales history?
Could anyone tell me.. I am interviewing next week and wanted a heads up.

Any info on the job? how many hrs daily are you working? commission?

Need more specifics. Selling Seprafilm? Selling synvisc? Selling carticel? ISG?
 
























seprafilm and Legoo asked to interview for next week. what is the bonus potential. Do you start in OR room daily 5am? I am trying get info before we meet.

you can go to the OR at 5am but you will be the only one there! who the hell told you that?! the earliest any surgery would START would be 630am, unless its an ER/Trauma patient. its biosurgery, you dont need to be there unless its a new user.

did genzyme contact you directly or was outside recruiter? I applied and got email from genzyme but said will be contacting people in few weeks. This was from genzyme hr but wanted see if hiring in wave at different geography ,etc Thanks
 






There is a cattle call interview session in Atlanta on Thursday the 12th. They are flying in candidates to do round robin interviews with 3-4 people. They are going to ask the miserable "situational" questions that force candidates to make up stories and lie.

LeGoo has plenty of drawbacks. Only being indicated up to 4mm vessels is a big issue. There would be a lot of patients in the vascular arena where they might use it but the diameter of the vessel is anywhere from 5-9mm.
 






Guys and gals...recruiter told me that he can only talk with people who have earned less than $140-$150K. Looking for people with 3-4 years "junior" OR experience. Total package is max salary at $75K, plus another $75K to MAX at $150K at plan.
Looking for junior reps or associates that $150K is the end-all-be-all. If looking for more, understand that the RM pay tops out at $180K, and ASD pay is $180-$200K.
Pretty sad because ya get what ya pay for. Good luck.
 












The post sounds accurate as far as salary and max. If you are disputing the info, please offer details. Otherwise you will not be considered a credible source, however you are certainly entitled to your opinions whether accurate or not.

I used to sell Seprafilm. While most reps will be in the $130-180k range, you certainly can earn $250k+ and the top 10% of reps will.

Pretty solid job overall. Competition isn't great. Product isn't perfect, but the best on the market.
 
























The job and culture is very different than it was before Sanofi bought the company. Much more like pharma and the commission structure isn't what it use to be. We use to get 20% on the quarterly revenue over quota and now it is a % to plan like pharma so the big bucks are gone. You can still make decent money but not like the old days and most of the good reps are gone, either by their choice or fired. From what I understand, they are investigating reps via company email and have fired some of the top performers based on relationships they had with customers. If you are looking for a true device job, this is probably not for you!
 






I heard that the senior leadership has no device experience for the most part and have never even been in the OR so they have no clue how to manage this business unit. I heard from a rep there that the VP with Seprafilm is completely out of touch and has made it his way or the highway and they have lost some good reps!
