Bio did a great job for a while but people like HM, CD and JB have ruined the service aspect. They were never a player.

No, diminishing returns are due to your sorry company dropping your prices because you knew your products sucked before your recalls. You would be out of business if you didn’t have the lowest prices. Period. Losers.

Every single rep and director is losing value. If you used to have a 3 million dollar customer he/she is now worth 1.5 million with administration having a serious say. You are also selling defibs for 13K instead of 18K. The business is dying. Find another way. No one will be spared.
