Newbie here. What do you mean when you say calls being captured, ranked, and comp evaluated on calls? I am a bit confused and would appreciate some help. Please?

Was shocked when I read this. I'm hearing more, and, more about this group, and, their lack of direction, and, knowledge here in Weston.
I sit in meetings with leadership, and, the individual "director" looks around the room like a crazy person during meetings. Just watch next time you are in the same room with this person how they look around waiting to see when everyone will finally catch on to what they are all about.
There is also another individual on this team (talks like they walked out of movie "scarface") who operates the same way. It's really hard to take these two seriously given their behavior, and, lack of knowledge.
Really, really pathetic people.

This group and lead dir is why everyone experienced are leaving, those "in the know" KNOW BIO has NO idea WTF is going on. They are costing us $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Our region just found out that numbers presented by BIO were misrepresented. Major impact to business.
