Bio Comp vs other labs

Im a pharma rep looking to break into the lab business. How does this companies comp, compare with its competitors.

How much does the top 20 percent earn overall with this company.

$300-$450k/year.

Because they place EMR's, pay rent, payoff clients, and write off so many Medicare and insurance charges your head would explode.

Plus this:
"Several lawsuits are going to be brought aginst BRL via the billing and insurance practices of GeneDx's cardiovasular testing group. Current practice of waiving all deductibles and co-pays have raised flags with both State of NY, Illinois and several large insurance plans.

This will have an interesting impact on the billing procedures and reimbursement for the whole company."

If you perform you can make great money. Sales focused organization. Don't believe all the BS you read in this site. There were a few "bad apples" that gave Bio a bad name. They are all gone now (and probably the ones posting the crap on this board) and the culture at bio has dramatically improved. It is a great place to work for someone that is financially motivated and willing to put in the effort to succeed in a very competitive market.
