Please, the reps get no training. They are hired to bring a book of business They try to bring in the business and then worry about the billing issues later. They know exactly what they are doing. After a patient gets a bill they ask the company to write it off. Terrible way to do business, but welcome to the smoke and mirrors of the regional labs. Can you spell " O.I.G. " ???.
 
















































I work for a competing lab but I like to read other boards also. I am having the same issue at my company so its nothing specific to Bio Reference. All of the sudden bills are starting to flood my offices not sure why now. Im sure there is a good reason behind it and these lab companies can no longer write these costs off, so they are starting to stick it to the patient. As far as couriers, these guys are not overly educated and the job is what it is> Anyway good to see other companies dealing with the same issues and eventhough we are competetors we are all just hustling to make a few bucks. I would never bash another company just because I compete against them cause in the end they have no loyalty to us and we are only employed as long as business is good.

The bigger concern is these internal labs and doctor groups that are forming there own labs which may put us all out of business
