i vote the entire management team is a fraud. There's been no growth in trauma for more than 10 years. How do these guys keep their jobs? It's the equivalent of a coach with 10 or more consecutive losing seasons continuously having his contract renewed. Losing has become the normal expectation of performance throughout this organization. There's zero leadership at the helm. Nothing but a bunch of backstabbing suck ups trying to hold to their jobs and survive the next round of "musical chair" cuts.
 












Now with OTA watch how important all these stuff suits act. Dr. Sanders working with Stryker, Dr. Russell working with Zimmer, Dr. Mehta with Globus, Dr. Ritchie working with Stryker who's left? We are the laughing stock of Orthopedic Trauma.

But JS and DP will act like they created Trauma for all the 10 surgeons who come through our booth. Can't wait to go.
 






Trauma has been mismanaged and largely ignored by S&N through the years. It comes as no surprise now there is more confidence in a start up by Globus with no trauma heritage then in a pedigree of the once proud Richards Co. Trauma surgeons with any memory want nothing to do with S&N. They've all been burned at one time or another by the orange company who routinely over-promises and under-delivers. Without any exceptional products in the bag they are complete expendable and yes, the laughing stock of the industry. I will try to keep a straight face when I walk past at OTA.
 






You are mostly right. The problem has been with BS'ers like John M from Toledo who had the company thinking they are talented, relationship guys, when in reality they don't matter. It has been a failure in leadership to not have the balls to call guys out like John M and all the old school, 20 year + people who don't matter anywhere as much as they think they do, and let deal weight go. I loved hearing stories of how John M would tell everyone how he had all these relationships, and how S&N would fail without him...we are doing better with out him. John you are a fraud, and are not worth $30k. You don't have any valuable friendships, we are all glad you left, and we wish the 4 people who left bc you are the worst manager ever, would come back. John M you are an old B&$@h who needs to return to the sh@t hole you came from and die
 












Total losers and phonies in this company! Shitty reps who can't sell and think the yellow brick road is to sell an overdesigned piece of titanium and it's specs lol.

1. Buying business instead of selling business
2. Big egos because of a doctors need for a recon nail
3. Selling shitty pretty color nails that break
4. Selling variable angle locking plates while insulting doctors suggesting they can't drill straight through a guide
5. Only getting business because your dad is one of the doctors
6. Over billing cases with a 6.4 step drill
7. Inheriting business from a prior rep who jumped to management because he can't make quota beyond 2 years
8. Damn list goes on with shitty ass reps

Managers are sneaky backstabbing mofos with their blaming and shaming game. No business or growth because:

3. Blame competition
4. Blame doctor loyalty
5. Blame backorders
6. Blame 510k
7. Blame user error
8. Damn list goes on with shitty ass managers

This company continues to be the amateur laughing stock of the ortho world. GO COMPETE IN A 3RD WORLD SHITHOLE WITH YOUR SHITHOLE PRODUCTS LOL
