You are mostly right. The problem has been with BS'ers like John M from Toledo who had the company thinking they are talented, relationship guys, when in reality they don't matter. It has been a failure in leadership to not have the balls to call guys out like John M and all the old school, 20 year + people who don't matter anywhere as much as they think they do, and let deal weight go. I loved hearing stories of how John M would tell everyone how he had all these relationships, and how S&N would fail without him...we are doing better with out him. John you are a fraud, and are not worth $30k. You don't have any valuable friendships, we are all glad you left, and we wish the 4 people who left bc you are the worst manager ever, would come back. John M you are an old B&$@h who needs to return to the sh@t hole you came from and die
