With this organizational structure it is pretty clear what is going to happen to Vision Care. Vision Care will be sold off within a year or two to the highest bidder. Vision Care is just not an area that Valeant is interested in. It shows in that the Corporate Headquarters in New Jersey will be focused on the Eye Health (pharmaceutical) business.

Given that. Vision Care (Rochester) and Vision Care (D&R) will likely be severely underfunded over the next few years and may also reflect in the early layoffs that are about to begin.
