Its an amazingly ridiculous plan. But it's the Labcorp way......don't bring up issues, don't suggest change. Just keep quiet and do what they say.....unreal. My work week has been reduced to about 20 hours. All service. Screw them!

You share the M.O. of all of the BIG DEAL people that I know. To be fair, that job is a thankless spot where they make you feel like you are in management but you aren't. You end up doing a large amount of work/travel and get really good at talking in circles just to keep your job.

HAHAHA. All of the Big Dealers that I know are too dense to go elsewhere so they get stuck working in this pseudo-management role. It only takes about 8-10 years to get a real management job with the company after being a BDE... sounds legit.

Keep a huge pipeline so management doesn't catch on that you are just cycling the accounts through the pipeline over and over again, without ever closing anything.
