big checks

Anyone else remember those big checks? Like seriously. They were big compared to what has come of the sip. We were promised unlimited uncapped bonus potential. We were told of $10-15000 checks on a monthly basis. Only to be compared against those checks, and then told that we were never told that they would not last forever. The worst part was being told you suckered and you are NOT working if you are not in the plus $5000 range. Only to have those lists, that were said to bring the new industry standard of excellence, we're cast a side. Some as much as 40+%. And that has destroyed morale, and it looks like on a resume that we are somehow responsible for all the stupidity in our territory. Trying daily to get the heck out of here.
