Laid off like 10% of the inside team in largo today according to a couple of people in marketing. sad to work for a company where people like Kim E. who does everything right for us in the trenches gets canned after 20+ years...Sametime the heads of Marketing and R&D still have jobs even though over half the products they released sh*t the bed and the head of ops is still here who can’t even keep us off of backorder when we have record low sales. Just sad.
The department that never upgrades anything or help engineers implement a solution to a process issue is having layoffs?

Kim E was the brains behind the whole operation. She knew too much? Obviously she made too much. This company can't get out of their own way. Every decision they make, whether it be sales/distribution or product development, totally blows up into a shit-show. This cut was obviously just a non-essential department re-org.
