I guess we'll learn more on Friday(maybe-hard to understand the double speak)but as I read the note it spoke more of a restructure without a head count reduction. Aligning "pillars" differently than they are now. At least that's what I got out of it. Who knows?

Makes sense. Most companies have moved away from primary care. Focusing on specialists and thought leaders with actual access.
