I think your facts are wrong, Labcorp paid 925 million for Genzyme, why would anyone bid 100 million for the entire company???

Because the guy is an idiot. LOL The only thing that might make sense would be if someone offer $100 per share. Actually that are saying that it will take a price at least that high to buy them out.

Here is why labcorp, quest and others are in deep ****. The labs of the future will be controlled by large hospitals. They own the physician practice, they own the labs. Each state will have mabye 2 or 3 hospital chains that own EVERYTHING. It will be the only way to deal with the one or two surviving payers.
