bi/ventiv contract bonus

If its anything like the BMS contract... About 9 months after the quarter is over. They hope people quit during the waiting period so that they can keep your bonus. Worst case- they make interest off the money while it sits in thier account.
I haven't heard. The BI people got theirs last pay check.

There is an RD who was brought on dirt Cheap years ago when PFE canned him. He believes all reps should start with a small salary and only hires people he can control. He has a Friar Tuck hairdo.
BI is a 2nd rate company. Waiters have more prestige. Bad, bad, bad reputation.
BI expects a lot out of the ventiv reps, their testing is demanding and difficult. There have been many people leaving and some people don' t make it past training.
They want professional test takers not sales people.
You get paid peanuts, less than the BI reps but are held to the same if not higher standards for so much less than what they make.

Welcome to Contract Sales.. get paid less in all aspects of compensation, held to higher standard when it comes to call accountability, get less sales tools, limited recognition (nice award certificate vs. trip to islands) , 2x the office politics with counterparts/managers, all wrapped up in the fact the job could end today with Zero severance. It is not a bad part time gig.
