BI Territory Report

Looking at recent BI report I notice drop off, things slowing down for those that had high number BIs in Q3. Everyone’s numbers are all over the place. Is it because offices got burnt by hub, all the delays, and are losing or lost confidence in Sun reason for drop off and those whose BIs numbers are on uptake because those offices haven’t experienced the frustration caused by Hub? I’m in top 25, East, and had my butt handed to me this week by an office because of Hub and they said no more scripts if we have to wait 3-4 weeks when put has commercial insurance and I can get drug on competitor’s program in 1/2 the time...Tremfya. It’s hurting my credibility and tanking Sun. The reps at bottom of report are the smart ones because even though they aren’t getting a bonus they are keeping their personal credibility in tact. They aren’t pushing Iluyma down people’s throats and catching backlash. They are waiting for crap to get worked out and not selling their soul. I wish I would have done that. I’ve been in derm a long time and when someone I’ve called on for years asks me “why did you do this to me” it kinda guts you. Everyone has their opinion and this is mine so save the juvenile come backs.

Bonus is nice but kinda agree with you that at what point is it worth it if your credibility takes a nosedive? I think about those patients waiting and waiting for drug and that isn’t sitting well with me. My scripts have dropped off from Q3 because of Hub frustrations. Docs don’t want their patients to wait and I get it. I’m working on keeping my credibility in tact.

Those towards the bottom third will be in a good spot when goals are set Q1. Also maybe the Hub has a “chance” of getting better in Q1, we can hope. I’m in the middle staying there for now, trying to not tick off my offices and already practicing my fake enthusiasm for Orlando. Why are we going again? Hope there is an open bar.

It's a Riz and Tremfya battle now. Ilumya is the weak outlier with 0 support. Turn out the lights on the Sun biologics debacle.

Agreed. Sun going the cheap route with the Hub, delayed marketing and patient Ed pieces except for those dosing cards, and the TM/FRM blame game, “leaked” email showing gross discrepancies in TM salaries that contributed to tanking morale, and a lot of senior players jumping ship has helped sink this launch. We could have found a niche but Sun dropped ball. They will reorganize sales team and more than 1/2 will be gone besides those who’ve already left due to having an ethical backbone and not accepting going against compliance.
