Can someone from Ventiv PLEASE get back to those of us who made it through to the RD interview back in December and tell us what is going on? I know my references were called. If you're not going to hire me cut me loose!

I was in your boat, too. They finally called me and I turned the offer down. This has been the most UNPROFESSIONAL process I have ever endured in my career. I never ever got to speak with anyone from BI. Even my "BI Contact" was from The Right Stuff. Seriously? Is it too much Honestly, if you have ANY other prospects, I would pursue them. Don't think for a second that they will treat us any better once we're in their employ.

If you really want this gig, then good luck. I hope you get it. But I chose to pursue greener pastures. For me, this just wasn't worth it.

Good for you! I am in a similar situation, minus the offer part. When did they finally call you with the offer? I hope they eventually do call me, so that I can let them know how worthless I think they are! I interviewed with another company, for a PERMANENT position yesterday and I am expecting an offer next week. (Unlike BI and Ventiv, I actually believe the hiring DM and RD with this company. They have given me a distinct timeline of what to expect regarding the offer) I have a feeling BI lost out on a lot of great reps by being inconsiderate, unprofessional, and completely unorganized. Totally agree with the above posters. This whole process has been totally assinine. I too was a "finalist" and have heard nothing. Nothing from BI or InVentiv, and again nothing when I called for information. Extremely unprofessional. Am pursuing other positions. What a waste of time, $$$ and energy on both ends. Good luck to all in all other endeavors.

Totally. If any of us have any other options, we should definitely pursue them. This is a last resort opportunity only...

Take the position if you are desperate. Both BI and inVentiv management treat you like a dog. The pay is low and benefits are terrible. There's no career here, just a holding pattern until you find something better. I have 15+ years experience selling in diabetes and they did not ALLOW me to even interview for this position. They basically told me to shut up and go back to selling Spiriva.

Has anyone with inventiv received an offer and a start date? I thought the contract people were starting jan 4th?

Can someone who has started on the Diabetes contract with Ventiv provide some insight on how their home study is going. Are the materials just on the product itself or does it start with Diabetes 101? I start on the 18th and have not received materials as of yet. Thanks.
