Beware of tyrant lab managers @ Plus

i am not a fired nor unsatisfied employee but very concerned on the issues that is happening inside the lab operations. managers are uncontrollably bullying, ganging up and targeting knowledgeable and hardworking employees and they do these to hide their poor-decision making, incompetence and lack of leadership. This has been on going for about 10 mos. they choose their own kiss-ass people and offer "leadership?" positions in favor of alliances. the rate of people leaving is high due to health and mental stress that they put pressure on these poor employees. is Care. Guaranteed. to this employees?? Plus should not tolerate this hostile behavior. these mangers will just drag the company to the bottom and push the good and technically skilled people away and be the competing company's asset.

Plus is losing technical staff, sales, professional and managerial staff at a high rate..
How about relocating the lab 1.5 hours away and expecting technical staff to either commute or resign
