Being on disability doesn't keep you from being displaced in a downsize. Managers contacted "medically disabled" reps last year to let them know they were getting cut.
Since when did being pregnant become a disability?Not true in all states. Reps should check the laws in their respective states

This post is TRUE. They treat people on any kind of "disability" just like any other headcount. I had someone on disability (maternity leave) in 2010 and she was displaced. When we made the phone calls to inform reps of their "fate", she called ME to find out if she was displaced (I could not call her). Perfectly acceptable according to HR.
That's funny because in certain states it's against the law to contact an employee that is out on disability.
