Settled down how? Are you kidding?? (maybe that little monster Tom Zaves is pouring YOUR koolaid.) What a disaster. A joke for a CEO, liars from Japan, and a stunning downward spiral since the acquisition. Maybe LabCorp will buy it now?

sad to watch this crash. if all that is going to be left after the other cuts is Lash, Kelly and Zaves, maybe GK can post metrics for who spends more time up the CEOs ass - RL or TZ. what a waste.
 


















funny thing about piling on layers of useless, high-cost management (who know nothing about the business) and then making sure you do nothing to grow product lines (oh, except maybe put a certified idiot in charge of product management), then destroy the sales team by hiring a new leader for them (who also knows nothing about the business), and it won't be hard to predict the outcome. it will take more than a miracle to overcome this kind of stupidity. sounds like something Bostwick would do...

how many accounts have Zaves, Kelly, Basile sold? Yet they want us to sell more accounts in Derm with no knowledge of what we do. clueless corporate waste telling us how to do our job, and have no clue what a customer looks like!

I think this post is accurate. Not only are the folks in management out of touch with our customers physically they do not know what he customer even wants.
