The only Moron part that is correct would be the "brainstorming" behind the 15th IC plan that has caused, yet again, more great sales people leaving.

I know that no IC plan is perfect. However, does the revolving door tell you guys anything??? Come on, if you want to stay in the game, take care of your people. A, they make money, B, they tell friends in the field as well, C, word spreads, D, reputation is built. E, the reps enthusiasm rises as well as motivation. F. The company is FINALLY OUT OF THE RED. This is how you attract good people, attract good partnerships, and attract potentially great things down the pipeline that can make a difference. You don't need a masters to know this. That is business 101. Find something, for the love of god, something, that will be fair enough to motivate and not demotivate your people. We are suppose to be a family right??????
 






Depends on who is answering this question: Corporate office pays big money and rewards reps with high volume and sometimes negative growth... But those are the reps that they put on stage and tell everyone else to be more like those reps. Cuz they think they are the best reps. They do not even see that reps with high volume and negative growth are slaughtering reps that are actually growing their business. One rep took their territory from like 241.... All the way to 139 And their bonus was just over 500 bucks.

They DO NOT CARE about turnover!!!!! Seriously.... They will just hire someone cheaper!!!
