The only Moron part that is correct would be the "brainstorming" behind the 15th IC plan that has caused, yet again, more great sales people leaving.
I know that no IC plan is perfect. However, does the revolving door tell you guys anything??? Come on, if you want to stay in the game, take care of your people. A, they make money, B, they tell friends in the field as well, C, word spreads, D, reputation is built. E, the reps enthusiasm rises as well as motivation. F. The company is FINALLY OUT OF THE RED. This is how you attract good people, attract good partnerships, and attract potentially great things down the pipeline that can make a difference. You don't need a masters to know this. That is business 101. Find something, for the love of god, something, that will be fair enough to motivate and not demotivate your people. We are suppose to be a family right??????
