Looks like San Francisco is now on Cafe Pharma trying to do some damage control. A stray voice trying to argue what the landslide of employees are voicing. This is a shit show. This is no longer a good place to work. The people in leadership positions are a JOKE. TJ as an HED is the single biggest joke of all time. Genentech is over and it is not somewhere anyone should want to come. They have treated their people in a rotten way.
 




Churn & burn atmosphere with NO work life balance. Out of touch leadership that can be overly on the offensive and retaliatory. Shaky process that needs work, lack of training etc...I'll wait to see one year from now what the outcome is going to be with this horrible experiment. People's lives are being affected. Thank you GNE!
 
















The mass exodus from DNA took place the day after the Roche checks were deposited! That was at least eight years ago??? Since then all the leadership and sales talent has been a continuous flow out and what remains are those who were not good enough, well liked enough, or connected enough to be brought to the next place...think of those we lost to PCYC, Onyx, Gilead, SeaGen, Clovis, Medivation, Exelixis, Deciphrea, Agios, just to name a few(I'm sure I'm missing some)...if you were part of one of those and you were left behind consider yourself a C player...
 




In my interviews so far... Genentech peeps are despised too often. We have too many arrogant lazy a$$holes who giving us a bad reputation!

I'm sick of Pharma, it's ALL Toxic!
