Who offers the best pay and worst on these jobs?

Starting to need to chomp away at my 401K. Scary to stay in these rep jobs if you need to pay bills or ever retire. Definitely no recognition for what you bring to the job. Might as well skip on building a resume or getting education, being paid like a dumb kid from the local community college.
 






























Contract companies create their own problems. Everyone knows people leave if they can't make their bills, save and get ahead. Paying people in different parts of the country the same rate is a set up for retention problems. Instead of blaming the employees, management needs to make sensible changes in pay scales, especially for those in high cost of living areas. This creates an immediate increase in retention rates and an immediate reduction in the costs of hiring and training. It all balances out in the end.
