Best Onc managers

All the HER 2 ones are amazing so inspirational

You have to be doing crack to make a statement like this. Over the years HER2 leadership is a joke and we could eliminate half the jobs and not impact sales. Look at the clown DMs over the years, like Polei in Denver, then Toth, Shank Yank Bank in St. Louis and Cahill. OMG a clown car. Toth and Shank Yank Bank probably meet in Chicago at a bath house and do a wrap around. Best part about Toth went down his moms leg. Didnt Shank Yank Bank get demoted from RM to DM?

Amazing that Roche has provided a paycheck for so many losers in HER2. Easily 100 jobs can be eliminated in HER2 franchise alone.

Mark Toth- brings a ton of experience and is very inspirational to our team. He has been like a father to us!

Are you kidding me? He was a horrible manager. Nitpicking. Made you feel horrible during ride alongs, would scoff after a sales call, and there was nothing inspirational about him. He was notorious for contacting reps on a Sunday night to let them know he was riding with them the next day. The team would complain how he interfered with family time. Some reps complained that he practice favoritism. So, this post must be coming from one of his favorite pets.

Yes they are. As a rep, CS was terrible and customers disliked him. Now when he rides with a rep, customers still dislike him. DC as a rep talked about how bad mgmt was, as a mgr, he says they have your back and are good. Neither have credibility or trust. I worked with CS as a rep and knew DC before he became a mgr, not sure what happened there but he forgot everyone he knew.

The DM role REQUIRES one to assure the D how much they care and want to hear voices while simultaneously swearing an Oath to protect the company HR wise from reps. RDs same versus DMs and CS.

This is well know in the Intelligence Works as being a 'double agent'. Absolutely requires one to 'Sell their Soul' to and worship "Mother/Trans/Father Genentech" who becomes their Provider and Protector.

Carefully consider these words when considering unrecognized behaviors or sell out DM hyprocrisy...

There aren't many good managers here. Most were promoted because of a project or saying the correct thing or kissing the correct persons butt. I'm in the SE for the last 7 years and its really getting bad but, you will never hear anything about a manager, it's always the rep.

I heard a rep was just let go. Why aren't any managers ever let go due to their performance, ever? Does anyone know of a manager that has ever been fired? I like a previous poster am in the SE. Not all but most of the mgrs are horrible. Most don't even have a good track record when they were in the field.

Nepotism is all you need to know. Managers will sell their best reps out if it means keeping their jobs and senior leadership is putting field managers In this position.
