The really sad part is the quotes above are the good things people had to say about "Allcrappy", there are some really negative aspects about working here. Being abused and lied to are just the tip of the iceberg. One can only wonder how long the owners (Ares) will tolerate the impact the SLT is having on revenue. I fear the company has been irrevocably damaged. Thanks PW, SK and all who have helped create this mess.
 






I love the ELT/HR propaganda message on Glass Door that any issues you read about are "Growing Pains" from an expanding company.

Dude, you've been at ~1,000 employees since the AAI/CML merger 5 years ago.

Before they axed the internal recruitment team, one of them told me that the biggest concern candidates raise is the stuff they'd read on GlassDoor. If only Ares would pay attention.

They axed the internal recruitment because CS had some friends who could it done on the cheap. Another asshole move by the snake oil salesman. They could not get people in there now even if hey gave them a free car.
Forget Glassdoor, all the recruiters that call me already know what a dumpster fire this place is. The sharks are in the water. Two recruiters told me they WOULD NOT place anyone in AllShitty because of their "professional business" actions. They are blackballed except for local goat herders looking for work.
Little Stevie and the boys are dropping business and customers are turning away.

If it is true that customers are turning away then that is really really bad. Once the word gets out, and it does b/c clients do talk to one another, then the stuff will really hit the fan. So far the work load has not abated but that is in part to the attrition and slow rehire rate. God help us.

Ares Capital stock is down to 15 from 18 a year ago. They can't be happy about that , if the ass clowns that run this place are not delivering then you can bet the owners are pushing them to do so.

And people really need to NOT post reality on the Glassdoor site, the blithering idiots known as the ELT are very upset and are pretty much red faced all the time. The latest posts are pretty good. As the spring exodus takes shape we should have a contest!

Ha, sorry, I'm committed to putting a real review for every fake one our HR/Marketing people put up. "Only Negative - wish we had more corporate outings!" HAHAHAHAHA what a joke they think people would actually buy that!

I love to be under constant pressure, pushing out useless stats while not meeting idiotic timelines set by management morons.
I like slivers in my fingers and being audited by the IRS, too.

It just gets worse every day. The pressure and intimidation are constant. I can do my job and don't need to be micro managed by some clueless a-hole that doesn't know the USP from UPS.

I read these boards every morning. It is nice to know I am not the only one that sees this horrible management.
Lots of people at least thinking about leaving. Hard to talk about this stuff every day. Hang in there, folks.

As a project manager, if you have the balls. You will get a nervous laugh but very little in the way of an answer.
Don't think for a minute that customers don't sense the bullshit going on. They are nervous and more than a little angry.
