Unless you're looking at a partial nephrectomy, I wouldn't get too hung up on whether the doc uses a robot. Just find the best surgeon, period.

Yes, patial nephrectomy only option for bilateral tumors. Considering other therapies, too (CT guided ablation, etc.).

Who in Boston is the best kidney surgeon (robot, lap, or open)?

Much thanks for responses!!! We already got some promising prognosis on some other therapies, but would prefer resection if there is significant difference.
