Best division at Medtronic

I've been working for some time to get my foot in the door at Medtronic, and I'm shocked to read a lot of what I see on here but every company has its peaks and pitfalls. Would anyone be willing to share what divisions are better/worse and why? I'm curious abut culture, comp plan, market, etc. Anything you're willing to share to point me in the right direction or away from the wrong one.. I'd greatly appreciate!! I'm in Florida if that makes a difference.
