Best Companies to Run to

So, it's no surprise that 90% of us want out. Question is where to go?? I can't tell you how many of my former co-workers have had multiple jobs since leaving Intuitive. I've been here longer than I care to admit, and I've seen a lot of great people go. Most of them over the last 3-4 years have had 3-4 jobs post Intuitive. Why is that? Many have said that it's hard to sell devices after you've spent some good time at Intuitive. It's that love/hate that we all have w/ this company. We love the product and what we do, we just hate management and our constantly diminishing comp plan.

What are some of the good companies to go to? Larger companies, start-ups? Is the grass greener? I feel like the hey day of making $300K+ is over.

no response bc all know it will is useless to fight. just role play and take it.
if you need to make 300 in medical no a days, your the one who screwed up.
most ppl just looking to make a good libing and have respect. I would hire any isi rep to do any other duty at any other company. we are that good, regardless of what we are told daily, weekly fom our manaagment team. I am proud of this technology and our RD teams, I am proud of my peers for the scope of what we have to know daily to impact the business, and I am hopefull that the ppl above my paygrade understand the need for true change. I am sure they will at some point. The csr is the backbone of thie company.

Bet you still believe in Santa Claus too...

I used to have your optimism. Remember, it begins and ends with leadership. JA and JM will destroy this company. Ask them if they care (as they count their millions)?

And it is hard to let go of big money.

Sad....

There still are companies to make big bucks at however they are scarce and seldom discussed. I work for a smaller company and pull in the mid 3's but I'm not saying who..... need to stay UNDER the radar.

There are plenty of places to go to guys. Just look and don't be afraid to leave ISI, I finally did after having more than enough from my worthless CSM and CSD in Texas. Life is so much better.

I agree with this. I work for a great company and I have made a little over 200k every year since I got here.

Keep looking ISI people. The grass is greener. There is no reason that you should have to dread every conversation with your boss. It just not healthy.

Believe me your bosses do not like having these conversations with their CSR's either. This is force fed by the directors.

How unnecessary is it to have a mandatory 1:1 hour call with each of your CSR's each week to go over their schedule. Are they not adults. Is speaking with your CSR's multiple times each week enough to gauge their business and activity.

The team calls are comical. "I would like to everyone to read this leadership book and we can discuss each chapter on our team call"

End the book club and get back to work. Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention the capital and clinical calls. They should be named the blowhard ass kissing session.

I am trying to get granular, level set, no hard rudder right, drive the curve while not puking in my mouth.

I am not a ISI person (work with a few) but if you don't mind where did you go? In this day of medical sales pulling in $200K is worth it
