Benlysta - salary range? Good job?

Will someone tell me the salary range for the Benlysta positions?

Is this a good business unit to be in? Does it have stability?

Thanks in advance

Depends on experience but the salaries I know of are in the $150-$160K range. Good culture but that would really depend on the RSD you would directly report to.

The response that salary range depends on experience and the range given is on track. Benlysta is a helpful medication. It is not new but the self injectable formulation is new. The business unit is alright but it has never been able to resolve the long-time problems with inaccuracy and issues with sales data. The specialists call on rheumatologists who are very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise but the business unit insists that communicating with these experts should be based on scripted and canned messages rather than intelligent natural conversations. Yet, the managers want to hear the specialists ask what like to call “insightful questions” and also challenge these healthcare providers who are experts their field rather than listen to them. There are some good managers but also a lot of morons and idiots. Hopefully, you won’t end up with those who make it their job to make things more difficult for the clinical specialists. Good luck.

The positions are the same and GSK is making a mistake. Hiring for Benlysta to call on Rheums but hoping to launch Daprodustat in Neph with same folks—good luck! Calling on Rheums is a joke
