Does anyone know the cost of benefits like medical, dental and vision. My official start date is Feb 17 and have no idea about benefits since it wasn't in my offer letter. I got the info on 401k and the bi weekly cost for vehicle but that's it.

Oh my, sounds like someone isn't happy with benefit package, sounds like they should man up and quit and really show the company how they feel OR they could shut up and moveon.org
 


















you get 2 choices for coverage. for the basic HMO approx $110-$120 per paycheck for one person.. more if it's a family... $1,800 +deductible... company contributes to HSA account that can be used for co-payments etc. dental is expensive - not too many take it. the other option for health insurance is very expensive and not many opt for it b/c so much is taken out of your paycheck.. car allowance heavily taxed.. 19 cent mile reimbursement... for every month you work you accrue less than a day off.. unlimited sick days.. good luck!!!
 






You really don't know what you are taking about you get 18 total days a year used whatever way you want. You get about a day and a half each month and on the Mallinckrodt Contract you need to take 5 of those days at the end of the year when Mallin is shut down and also on this contract you get a company car, gas card and Ins. so don't worry about mile reimbursement and they take out 65 a paycheck to offset the cost of the gas card-miles so you dont have to show that on your taxes. I can care less about the Ins. Benefits as my wife is a teacher and here Ins is the best. Good Luck with this Mallin Contract. How is everybdoy feeling about starting before the drug is even approve?

Talking to a DM at Mallinckrodt I don't think there is a shutdown this year for Christmas. Everything else you stated was accurate. Just curious do you know the cost of medical for a single person?
 






Yes Mallinkrockt took the week of Christmas away from direct hires as well as Good Friday. I think they gave a couple of extra "floating holidays" but it is not the same.
 






Does inVentiv allow coverage for domestic partnership? I am newly engaged and was wondering if I could put her on my plan when I begin working at inVentiv.
