There is a new opening in my area and I will be interviewing soon. I looked at your website, but it isn't very specific about benefits (very generic actually). I'd prefer to not ask these questions in an interview.

What is the 401K match?
Vacation time?
Car choices?
Any other excellent perks?

Thanks in advance. I expect lots of flaming, so I look forward to it. Hopefully someone can answer the questions!
 






401k - waste of time. any financial advisor would tell you to not contribute
vacation time - 1 day per year that can only be used on a saturday
car - you get a bus pass that we will split the cost of with you
 












Vacation: 3 weeks
Salary: I have no idea what job you are posting for or what the ranges are.
401k: 4% 401k match, additional company match (maybe 5% not sure...), Roth IRA (new).
Car options: Passat, Dodge Caravan (additional charge for that), maybe a fusion too?

To date, I have been happy with Astellas. Most people on cafepharma just want to bitch about something but I think it's just a good as any other pharma company.

Vacation depends on tenure. 401K is 6% match. And the problem a lot of people have w/ APUS is it used to be BETTER than nearly any other pharma company.

There are sooooo many people with great families just hanging by their nails in this industry right now, and you just bitch and moan about the most absurd shit. Get off the frickin computer and go back to your family. Someone in this world needs you RIGHT NOW, and you sit here ranting like some damn mental case.
