I'm in the last stages of interviewing and wanted to know what the average base salary for an SME in the SE. Does Labcorp offer relocation?

No relocations for a SME position. Maybe a Manager level.

60K roughly. Good luck on Commissions, you will have no impact on how the territory performs. Nobody in the company knows how this comp. plan works.

Choose another lab or Company. You will thank me later and don't say no one told me.

Thanks. I appreciate your honesty. I just wish I had asked before I drove out of state to interview on my own dime. I should have known. I don't know why they would interview me knowing I live out of state if they weren't going to pay for relocation.

Ask for the current revenue information for the territory. If the % to baseline is low and has been consistently , run for your life, you wont make any money . Also ask how much new business ( not KAE upsell) was brought in by the former SME last year. Alway ask to see the numbers!
