48 hrs/year increasing to 240 hrs/year after I think 20 years (yeah right.)

It's insanely complicated and no one will tell you in advance, but they will fuck you any way they can. But you can do all right if you get a good territory, but that's mostly luck.

0-2.5% in the good years, 0-1% in the bad years.
 












LC has some of the best middle/upper management I've seen in my 45 years of employment. I look forward to having to work at LC for years to come. All the benefits are very fair and the level of respect you receive is unparalleled in the industry. But what do I know, I just clean the place.
