Is there any pension-like program or defined contribution program (beyond 401k match)?
Is there an employee stock purchase program? what is the discount?
What is the match for 401k and vesting period?
Are RSUs offered and what is the vesting period?
Corporate shutdown at Christmas/ other time?

These are good questions to ask HR because I'd hate to misinform you but
401k match up to 5%. It vests immediately or after a year, I can't remember tbh.
I was offered RSUs.
Christmas shutdown is not guaranteed but generally happens
No stock purchase program

The person in HR that you phone screened with can send you the entire benefits pdf file. I’m fairly new and she sent it to me after my phone screen

Pay is much lower than rare disease should be. It’s about where regular Specialty Pharmaceuticals pays. Until you get to higher level positions. Raises are not great, just low standard. Everything is just about standard for the industry.
