What are the specific benefits here?
-percent 401k match
-PTO (and is it negotiable for new hire)
- RSUs
- what are car options
- health insurance premium costs
- other notable things

And yes, I know this place sucks. There are no benefits. Don't come here. Suck a d*ck. Etc.

As someone who has been in your shoes I know these things are important.

401l K 6% plus an annual contribution of appx. 4%
Vesting 3 years of service and 5 for the annual
I personally love the 401K options. It’s the only company I have been at where I can invest in different securities.

PTO is 3 weeks
Christmas Week off
Company really good with sick days and family emergencies

Cars depend on the division. Oncology gets upgraded vehicles.

United Health insurance
HSA if you opt for a high deductible plan. I invest my contributions and they have grown nicely.

Good luck!

Don’t come here if you value your sanity.

Thank you. It is appreciated.
I wonder if they will negotiate vacation at all.

The benefits are very basic/average. But it's nice to know. About the same from where I'm currently at.

Yes, I negotiated another week off. I’d argue they are slightly above average. I don’t pay anything but taxes on my personal car usage and they cover Wi-Fi and cell service with a reasonable limit $200 total. There’s a lot of other soft perks like a day off for the death of a pet, different services etc. If you get an offer get as much as you can and review the offer letter carefully. I know someone who originally had something in an offer that was taken out in a counter offer and they assumed it was still there.

Thanks for the rare serious reply. I am curious about the fleet situation. Sure, "higher" level reps get upgraded vehicles, but what exactly are we talking here? Mid trim Equinoxs/Escapes, fully loaded Explorers/Acadias, or even a level above that?

If you get to work on foot, consider that a win here. Forget cars. Be happy with what you get. This place can’t afford a bike. You will be required to use your own car.
