Benefits going away

What is going on with this company!?
Yet another benefit has been taken away. I find out that the $50 per month internet allotment is gone. I understand that this took effect as of August 1st. I was told by a fellow employee and she only found out by taking an online compliance test. We all had our regional meetings recently and there was no communication regarding this! The FRM's had it taken away a year ago. The FRM's and the AE's daily job involves the internet! Why take this $50 a month allotment away?
Communication from this company is incredibly poor at best. Mileage allotment isn't going to change. National Sales Meeting is once again over a weekend after being told for two years that it wouldn't be. Listening Loudly? Poor health insurance, stock options.
Are we getting ready to be sold?
It seems like the culture at the company is to nickel and dime the employees. It is understandable that reps are leaving in droves.
Thoughts?
 












We had to take financing from a place one step up from a payday loan. You see the tanking sales numbers and the rep exodus. There will be more and more cutbacks.
Will we be around long enough for the VPs and RSDs to get their retention bonuses?

we were using the internet to find other jobs and they found out.
 












Seriously? You clowns are paid 50-100% more than any reps I know. Some reps there could not sell booz to an alcoholic. Account managers who collect comm checks.

Try selling something with no codes and then come back and complain about internet reimbursement. Clown.
