Want to make a comparison to see if benefits are consistent across DS "divisions". Luitpold vacation, 15 PTO's which include sickdays. 90 day waiting period for insurance. Bonus 35k at plan an additional 10K if you double sales to 200%.

No coverage for 90 days, am I reading that right?

I'm in HR and I've never heard of such a policy. DSI has no idea what it takes to be a real company. Awful.

Yes, no coverage for insurance for 90 days. The managers are a fricken joke. They never answer the damn question that a rep asks them. How many times do I have to ask you. It's obvious you lied on your resume or you have been out of the field and you do not know how to be a manager. Get with the program because you are holding back the sales force. Also, quit contradicting yourself. You say something and then say--I didn't say anything at all? The worst management team I've ever seen--period!

Yes, you better not take a "PTO" in the first 90 days. Also, vesting for company contributions to 401k take 3 years! Damn near every other company offers 3 weeks vacation plus sick days and a few personal of floating days.
