how are the benefits at Radius considering moving ? thank you.

What does the PTO look like? Do they still allot time or have they gone to the flexible PTO ?

Health Insurance ?
 


















Plan on being laid off, lots of 5 day useless meetings and miserable reps pretending to work while they interview leadership that is all new and inexperienced and don’t know what to do oh and a product that has no potential future - no patch just male indication

plan on as well, being bullied by female execs and the company does nothing about it because, you got it, they’re female.
 


















Think about it, the company is basically in stewardship, other products on market are doing well. Why should they invest in time and monies for litigation when this is a short term thing. I would suggest you also turn your head and find a new job. Things are tight in the job market for, unless you are looking for an entry position.
 






Radius has been mismanaged from the beginning. People have left who knew how to get things done which translates to being berated by leadership. Leadership with sexist comment in public, trade relations with individuals who did not know how to manage and blamed on sales force, individuals in patient relations who again were hired and then everyone found out they did not a clue on how to manage.
And finally field managers, who talk about themselves, tried to intimate and not mentor and worked hard to promoted themselves at any cost, which translates to lying and mismanagement of funds. So benefits, you should not care about that you should think about how this company with treats you and corporate ethics.
 












Wow, Baggage and bitterness. Party of 1.
Wow, HR reads this board. No can denial that this company from the beginning was and is a mess. And that is partial due to HR's lack of transparency and honesty. And if the person is "bitter" concerning Radius there is a long line behind them. If you are still here after all that has gone on then I can only presume you are lazy or stupid. If put together you could be in leadership .
 






Not only HRs lack of honesty and transparency, but leadership’s too. It starts there.The changes in leadership across the board are mind boggling.You think the new Commercial guy is going to change anything? Another great hire there.

And all the meetings!!!!!! Let us get our jobs done. How are we supposed to get our jobs done when you have the same meetings over and over and over. Same meeting/different title. Makes no sense.

Morale sucks, it will never change and leadership across the board is a close second. Stop piling on the work. How about asking people if they are ok.stop making concessions for one and not for others.

this place is a disgrace and it won’t change.

Really necessary these todays to do. Either take down or have everyone sign a release. And let HR know what you did. Remember that are on your side. Amazing how this company continues to survive.
