Benefits and Company Car for the Actavis Contract

I am a new hire and was wondering if anyone has any idea on benefits/company car for this contract?

TY
Benefits were spelled out in the first invitation to interview by the Ventiv recruiter.
No word on fleet, except that you get a car.

Am I to assume you got the offer? I was told later this week????

Benefits were listed but not the cost, type, etc. that are available. I was told that for 2012 it is United Medical, and there are several options including a PPO and a HSA choice.

The cost for 2 people for the medical is around $150 per pay period; dental is around $15-20 per pay period and vision is less than $5/pay period. So total of less than $175 pre-tax, which is not bad by today's standards. It is actually slightly less than what I had with a larger pharmaceutical company.

No one seems to know the exact make and models of the car; you will get a rental car beginning on July 9 until the "official" company cars are available.

Hope this helps.

benefits are the same as any other contract thru inVentiv. United is the carrier, and they SUCK. I know, because I am using them now - they are absolutely awful, but its the only choice you have.

POS job
POS car
POS pay
I said shove it up your ass and you should too.

What do you consider POS Pay? I heard the offers are pretty good for this gig, if it is appoved. Mine certainly was; even the range was on the high end for an InVentiv position.

Why POS car? It's free and fairly new if not new; the gas is paid, the insurance is paid etc.

I guess some people just aren't happy, or you really did not get an offer?? The latter is more realistic!
