Beginning of the End: Sanofi set to pass Pfizer for #1 Big Pharma

Couldn't have happened to a better company (Sanofi). Pfizer too big for too long. Totally new company today, for the worse. People hang on to their jobs only bc no other jobs exist like theirs - there's zero loyalty or integrity to the company: older reps, maybe; younger reps, not a chance in hell of 'loyalty.' But such is the nature of business today.

Glad PFE falling. Too big for too long.

Pfizer has zero loyalty to colleagues and its integrity is notorious.

Pfuck all of you. If you measure a company solely by its size you are an idiot. Look at the drugs the companies have brought and which have changed the course of healthcare and will continue to do so. Patents running out are hardly a downfall. As a whole their is no comparison, SA is minor league. Pfizer will rise again, unless the bad leadership continues.

The lack of loyalty has to do with a lack of pension you use to give to employees to reward loyalty and great results, and turned the focus on getting rid of the sales force vs trusting them to do their jobs and carrying the company to outstanding results. Instead we get micromanagement from people who don't even talk to customers and have never been in the field, and downsizings to make the overinflated expectations from Frankie Longtie and Ian the evil emperor so they don't disappoint the street. There is no loyalty because the high level only cares about their own pocket book and have no soul and no character.

Signed,

The Field Force 3.0

There is no other Lipitor and Pfizer didn't do it buy itself. It bought it.

No surprise here that Lipitor goes and our rank falls.

Our lowered visibility is the best thing that can happen to us. Let SA bear the brunt of attacks against evil pharma companies. They won't like it too much.

Sarkozy and the French nationalist won't let this happen. Only Americans beat up American companies a la Tom Harkin and Barack Hussein Obama.

Good point. Let's see if the gov't fines them when they need money for new furniture in DC
