BD is a good co. overall. Expect 50-60K base and 15-30K in bonus and comm. Company car and good benefits. One of a small number of co.s that offers a full pension. You will not get rich here and there are some challenges but if you want in medical sales to get your feet wet it is a great place.
 






BD is currently advertising a position for Charleston/Columbia - is this for all of SC? This position seemed to describe a variety of products; who is the biggest competitor you would face in this position?
 




































The above is accurate. Expect 50-60K base with 20-25K bonus. Of course you can make a higher bonus if you blow out your number but the above is about average. If you want big money, BD is not the place to go. It is a great co. But never felt they paid enough.
 






BD was advertising a position for Charleston/Columbia back in 9/08. It is now 5/09, and this position still appears to be open.
Any clue what's going on?
Is there an opening?
 
























Actually you can't answer the question about competition unless you identify which business you are referring to within BD? Syringes, blood collection, molecular, microbiology, etc? The competitors will all be different. BTW, acutecare doesn't exist anymore. This is an old thread.
