WOW. YOU ARE COMPLETELY IGNORANT AND DONT KNOW A THING. HAVE YOU HEARD OF MIKE M OR MARK T????? THEY WERE AT THE AWARDS TRIP. IM ON THE OSS SIDE AND KNOW THIS. DO YOU LIVE UNDER A ROCK? OUR DIVISION IS BEING COMPLETELY LAID OFF BY THE END OF THIS MONTH UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN OFFERED A VACANT HSS TERRITORY. WAKE UP. ITS OVER AND YOU NOW HAVE APPROXIMATELY 4 WEEKS TO FIND A NEW JOB. DO YOU THINK YOUR ACTIONS HAVE WARRANTED YOU STAYING HERE? Award trip- True for HSS side
Layoffs- your date is wrong, not all OSS reps being disposed of. This will effect HSS reps also.
New Product- True, but not lucrative enough to sustain current rep volume.
Call Reporting- Absolutely happening soon.

You are unbelievably stupid. You are agreeing with me. I will explain it to you. No, not everyone was on the trip. I know there is a layoff coming, never said there wasn't. Then I made fun of the HSS a rep for whining about call reporting. No date for a new product launch, and everyone knows a layoff I'd coming with or without a new product. And that we are looking for jobs or interviewing. Not much different from your post, yet you chose all caps to agree with me. Moron.

All the OSS reps are gone except for those that fill vacant HSS slots. Period.
 


















What is the criteria for HSS losing their job?? They can't blame HSS for the goals being set incorrectly. Why don't they get rid of the home office.how can they stay in their positions when all they have done is make terrible choices! No one will make money next quarter. Especially mid and high tier territories that don't grow.

Regardless of the crazy messages on here, no HSS reps are planned to lose their job. They realized the partnership with the OSS team was a mistake but tried to keep their jobs. And no, they weren't trying to save the OSS jobs because they are a good company. They just wanted the sheer amount of reps for appearance sake for future acquisitions or being acquired themselves.
