What are the qualifications of the Treanda product director? Where did he come from? How in the hell did he get that job?

The guys running treanda seem to know what they are doing. Granix is a mess.

Treanda was established well before the current product manager was there, it's success has nothing to do with him but the evolution of data not supported by Teva...ask yourself..what tools/education are they giving us to sound intelligent in the face of the 2 new drugs in CLL..
I was told by another rep that we are competing against Gayvza and my doc told me we aren't..
I can't intelligently talk to my MD's beyond anything they have given us.. I'm losing my value...there aren't any experienced people in my region to learn from and the guy who has 3 years of exp here really didn't know what he was talking about.. Is it true that the training manager has never carried a bag as a oncology rep?

They didn't want you to know anything but the package insert. Instead they wanted Lex Luther to spew out pre-school comments and questions like he did at the POA and never have " the most interesting man in the world"- say anything. They want to keep you dumb so you wouldn't bother them with ideas, point out their flaws and create healthy discussion. They ran out most of the experienced ones and those left don't have the numbers to deal with tidal wave of ineptness. BB is a fair man he understands the oncology concept comprehensively..the other one picks the inept,favorites--it's quite transparent and in the end very damaging to the company.
