BCBU New Strategy=Cleaning house!

Based on the new Repatha and Aimovig strategies, it’s clear management is looking to clean house in the BCBU White Overlay Team. But NOT with layoffs. They’re looking to manage people out. Lofty new strategies for the next sales year. Your manager is required to update your progress in FCR. Beware! I’m guessing mid-year reviews will be very interesting next year. Managers will be rolling out these new strategies soon. Buckle up....Q4 is going to be a bumpy ride.

The good news.... NO 2018 Layoffs!

How many more lists and trackers will be added? Asking for a friend

Aimovig strategies....laughable..........

maybe 10% of BCBU actually even talks about Aimovig. No one is selling it in this division. They should be but it's 100% Repatha for share of voice due to how messed up Repatha's strategy is. There should be a separate PCP division specifically selling Aimovig and nothing else.

Repatha has a new hyperfocus initiative to see high decile targets every week. Wow Amgen! Way to reinvent to wheel!! I’m sure that will help the doctors that are writing a prescription once every 3 months.

I agree. it's ridiculous that they are getting paid on this product while not doing anything for it.

Hyperfocus! The first and last things out of every manager's mouth. Does Shannon hand out a playbook to use at every manager's meeting? You'd think some of these managers that came from other pharma companies would have some insights as to how terribly that works.

The sooner it’s believed and realized that pharma sales is an advertising gig it’ll all make sense. The job stopped being a sales job years ago when the lawyers and MBAs infested the industry. We are walking and talking advertisers who cannot deviate from our jingle...errrr script lest the legal folks have us broomed out. This industry is a joke! Everything has changed over the last 20-25 years except the broken pharma advertising....errr sales model. The solution for lousy to no rep access is hire more reps and advertise to docs more frequently. Yeah, that’ll work this time after 25 years of continually trying that method. A joke!

These guys also have a habit of promoting people from in-house into sales manager positions. People who lack relevant sales experience, so they supplement with “leadership training.” Makes for a great culture. A bunch of back-stabbing gossipers who only know how to ask about “drivers”
