I have been in this industry for many years and can honestly say that this division may be the most incompetent poorly run in the business. It almost seems that when TM's finally get some momentum with customers the corporate brain trusts find a way to mess it up. QC is nonexistent and the ability to present/implement a focused business plan is something they only read about in Arizona. The management team consists of G.L. clones with no experience that think that the key to leadership is being the loudest in the room. Please, Please if there is a CR Bard god step in and put this dog down. The waves of turnover will only continue until someone looks in the mirror and realizes major changes must be made.
 












Problems are much deeper than JK. Products suck and quality is pathetic. The new managers are loser rejects from other divisions and have no clue how to excel in this space. This division is losing ground every day. We are the joke of Bard.
 






How can BBS resolve these issues? The whole world knows about Finesse and its' long history. Yes, the new managers are loser rejects but how can Bard get rid of them?
 






The use of S.P.I.N. was never designed to address defective products and back orders. Addressing these two issues is critical. Combine this with a non ADD business plan and this division could do GREAT things. The weekly shifts in selling strategies and product focus is demotivating and unproductive.
 












Steve Williamson ran Cytyc into the ground, he is the perfect candidate to run biopsy into the dirt. With our current pricing strategy, we are going to tank this arena. There won't be any more jobs left because we have commoditized the business
