Bayer MVR

I had one DUI in 4 years ago and went through the ARD program in PA and had it expunged from my criminal record. However I believe it is still on my driving record.
Does Bayer go back more than 4 years of the driving record? Has anyone successfully been hired with this on their record?

yes, they go back 5 yrs. Just be upfront & let them know. You should be fine

Yea shure did but flunked the pea in a cup drug screening. I’m now driving a school bus and handi cab van on weekends.
