Bayer, failure in Oncology

Oncology is the future of all pharma. How do we separate ourselves from other true oncology companies. Simple answer, you don't, knowledgeable representation is highly prized in oncology. The smartest companies pay and hire the best. The learning curve is too steep and that lack of knowledge can cost millions, billions to their bottom line. These reps are well paid, have stock options, car allowances to drive their own cars, benefits that are the best in the industry (we are pharma by the way). They are highly prized for their knowledge and those individuals thrive in that environment. Bayer spends billions developing or purchasing drugs only to treat their reps like they do primary care. You can't get the best, or the best doesn't stay. Your managers are "yes men" that wouldn't fight for their people (that's the Bayer way) Bayer has lost Billions to over forcasted goals and the lack of decency to pay what good representation deserves or what the industry has dictated. You will never be successful unless you change your attitude. Bova, this is your legacy now!
